The product/technology description

The project is directed on developing of a complex of perspective opto - and microelectronic devices and technologies on the basis of diamond semi-conductor crystals, diamond mono- and polycrystalline films - with the subsequent commercialization of the project results in the form of creation of innovative samples of products for micro- & opto- electronics, the UHF elements, MEMS-products and preparation of experimental manufacture of the developed products.
